Anna Caterina, a soprano who is considered one of best of her generation has been awarded the prestigious Voci Verdiane Callas Competition and Pavarotti Awards. French Republic awarded her with the most prestigious national award the title of 'Chevalier de la l'Ordre National of the Legion d'honneur'. Her debut album Era la Notte for the Naive label was a huge success and she has also recorded L'Alba separa dalla lumina l'ombra for Wigmore Live with her pianist Donald Sulzen, featuring songs by Tosti Cilea and Hahn. Anna Caterina, a distinguished member of the General Assembly of the Academicians from Santa Cecilia's panel of distinguished members, in 2021 was selected as among the Accademici Effettivi. Anna Caterina played the role Madame de Croissy of Poulenc's Dialogues des Carmelites to date in the 22/23 seasons at Teatro dell'Opera di Roma, with a direction by Emma Dante.
